Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 3–5 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery
- Bridal jewellery sets (unless damaged or defective)
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues or damaged items
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery
- Subject to product availability
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your order details
- Share clear photos/videos of the product
- Our team will verify and approve your request
- After approval, you will receive return instructions
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after product inspection
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
6. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost
- For other reasons, return shipping charges may apply
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- Report damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery
- Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
