Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at nayara24group@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
